Retro tournement

Welcome on and all to the newest SBL Tournement.

Overview
Well, this tournement will be played with Johto/Kanto Pokemon only. BUT, you cant use Pokemon that evolved from Johto mons. Electebuzz can be used for example, but Electivire cannot. Also, all Kanto Pokemon may be used, provided they're on the list I provide

NOTE : any Pokemon that does not evolve is not an option. If you say "Well, Sneasle evovles, so it should be allowed" No Sneasle does not evolve until D/P

Rules
You use Pokemon's final form, Vulpix=Ninetales
Holds are allowed, but only those that were available in GSC. Leftovers for example. Oh and PSNCUREBerry is changed to whatever heals Poison in D/P. That goes for all berries

FIRST PLACE
75 Points, one GSC mon in final form , and 3 mart TMs

SECOND PLACE
45 Points, once GSC mon in first form, and 2 mart TMs

THIRD PLACE

Because Misdrevious doesn't evolve in GSC.

well, since Shoddy forces you to use abilities, you have to ues them. And moves from RSE and D/P are allowed. Just mons from GSC =)
