Suggestions for a better league

Here's a few I have in mind:

1) Reset Center: fee from 10 points to 5 points.
- Reason: U need to battle like 5+ times just to reset a stat/trait/etc... those who already had approved ones could get their 5 points back.

2) Breeding: fee from 25 points to 20 or 15 points.
- Reason: 90% of the time the reason y you're gonna breed is because someone wants to buy that Pokémon egg from you... if you sell it, you'll roughly have 5 points interest...

3) Egg Moves: fee from 20 to 15 points.
- Reason: just for a move?

4) Once a week, an special auction/event comes up
- Reason: for more variety

5) Once there are several members; have an official league set up; aka gym leaders, elite 4/champion etc.
- Reason: for more fun and variety as well =)

6) Change the battle restrictions (since they're based from NBL) to:
- Evasion Clause - OFF
- Extended Game - OFF
- Freeze Clause - OFF
- Item Clause - ON
- Level Balance - OFF
- OHKO Clause - OFF
- Random Battle - OFF
- Sleep Clause - ON
- Species Clause - OFF
- Strict Damage Clause - Optional <it just shows if the damage exceeds 100% or not>
- Timed Battle - ON

But wouldn't those who had already resetted and paid the fee stand to lose?
