Member ID Layout & Battle Log Layout

Member ID Layout



This will show you the layout of how your Member ID and Battle Logs should look. When you first join the NBL, you'll make your own thread and post your Member ID in the first post of the thread. All posts following your Member ID will be your Battle Logs, which will be a record of each and every battle you've participated in while in the NBL.

Here is the standard layout which you should follow when making your Member ID:

Username: (that you plan on using on the Netbattle servers)
Messenger Screen Names: (AIM/MSN/Yahoo etc)
Wins/Losses/Ties:
Points:
Unused TMs:
Available Items:

And your Pokemon collection should look something like this:

Battle Log Layout

Here is the layout in which you should write ALL of your battle logs. I suggest you copy this layout and put it in the first post of your Member ID for easy reference.

[Opponent Name]
# of battles
Pokemon used (make separate team listings if you battled more than once and used different Pokemon in each match)
Match # and outcome (ex: "Match 1-Loss, Match 2-Win")
Notes (which would be "this was Bulbasaur's 16th battle, and he now evolves into Ivysaur", and things of this nature)

Event Log Layout

Now, you're probably wondering what an "EVENT" is. An event is any action that you took that would change your stats, such as:

-Winning a tournament
-Buying an item or a Pokemon
-Breeding a Pokemon
-Trading a Pokemon

So, there is no real layout for this. Just post in your Member ID thread with an Event Log of what happened, so that you have your activities in chronological order.

The Shopping List

To keep track of what you have bought, make a Shopping List. It will make it also easier for us mods to see if there are any cheaters around, so this should be useful. This is what you should include:

Price(s)(Points)
Change
Date(optional, but useful if you have to prove something)
Notes(optional, include some randomstuff if you want)
